We request copayment at the time of service and will gladly assist you in filing insurance claims. Please present your insurance information to our office staff at the time of your visit. If your insurance plan requires referral paperwork, please have it available before, or at the time of your visit.
Should your insurance carrier ultimately deny the claim, you are still responsible for the bill incurred for the services performed. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

After 5 p.m. on weekdays or on weekends, if you think you are in labor with frequent contractions or your water is broken, go to the labor and delivery department at Medical City Plano. Call them at (972) 519-1201 to let them know you are on the way.
